Not every session includes every technique — I use what best supports you in that moment.

What You Can Expect

Your session begins with a brief phone call to learn what you’re struggling with and what you’d like support with.

After this:

• You lie down on a bed, couch, or recliner, or sit comfortably

• Quiet background music is encouraged

• Set a clear intention for your healing

• Make sure the space is quiet and you won’t be interrupted

• I perform the full healing session remotely

• When the session is complete, I call you back and share everything I received

Feedback includes:

• energetic patterns

• messages from your healing team

• insights about what your body or energy showed

• any guidance to support your healing moving forward

How to Prepare

• Choose a quiet, comfortable space

• Lie down or recline if possible

• Use soft meditation music

• Set your intention for healing

• Avoid interruptions (kids, pets, TV, notifications)

• Be open to whatever comes through

• You may fall asleep — healing still works

• You may request a session while sleeping or early morning

I am an Angelic Practitioner and a member of IARP (International Association of Reiki Professionals).

My experience includes:

• Two years providing in-person healing sessions at a chiropractic practice

• Extensive healing work at expos and events

• Many years of remote distance healing

• A lifetime of intuitive and spiritual sensitivity
